Media & Communications

HSLDA strives to present an informative and dynamic picture of home education to the public through various forms of media. Academic research and materials prepared on behalf of HSLDA are often cited in programs, articles, and stories related to home education in Canada.

It has been our experience that members of the media often want to know what attracts parents to the option of home education, how home education has proven to be so effective from an academic perspecitve, and why it so significantly impacts the character development within children.

HSLDA is able to supply the important background information and credible research necessary to assist the media in formulating an accurate and holistic appreciation for home education in Canada.
